Our story

Hi, I’m Diana, your baker! I’ve always had a deep passion for baking - some of my fondest memories are from my grandmother’s kitchen, where I first learned to cook and bake. Fun fact: I accidentally burnt my left hand with a pressure cooker during one of our cooking sessions, but even that has become a memory I cherish. When I was 18, I moved to Canada for school and fell in love with this beautiful country—it’s now my home.

Baking brings me so much joy, and I was thrilled to be selected among the top 10% of candidates for the Great Canadian Baking Show. While I didn’t make it to the final, the experience was incredible and fuelled my passion even more. My favorite desserts to bake are tarts and madeleines, which I love for their elegance and flavors.

In 2018, I started my first business, Berrybox, specializing in chocolate-covered strawberries. I’ve been incredibly lucky to meet amazing customers who have supported me from the very beginning and continue to do so today.

I’m excited to expand my menu to include a variety of delicious French pastries. Baking isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life, and I’m excited to share my creations with you.
